Information is collected for purposes of processing your order and for providing you with relevant information concerning our products. Disclosure of Personal Information
When you register with us, you will automatically be added to our email and mailing lists. We will utilize the information we gather from you to assist us in targeting products that may be of special interest to you. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others. There may be rare legal circumstances where we are compelled by law to disclose your personal information. If such a situation should occur, you may be sure that we will take reasonable precautions to insure that your information is treated confidentially.
We do our best to provide accurate images and prices for all of our products. Due to the handmade nature of art glass, colors and color mixes vary sheet to sheet and cut size dimensions are approximate. All prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to provide accurate information on our website but there may be times when typographical errors are made. We will correct those errors as soon as we are aware of them but may not be held responsible for them.
We ship worldwide. Our primary shipping method for domestic orders is UPS Ground but we may use the USPS or FedEx on occasion if it is less expensive. International orders will normally be shipped using the USPS. You may choose to ship using an expedited method such as “Overnight” or “2nd Day Air” by contacting us for a quote. Any refused deliveries will incur shipping charges both ways plus a 25% restocking fee. If the shipping address information that you provide to us is incorrect, you will be charged the redirect fee that is assessed to us by UPS or the USPS. We will send a tracking number to the email address that you provide after packing and shipping your order.
If exterior damage is visible or if it appears that the carton has been opened, ask the driver to make a notation on the delivery receipt. Do not refuse delivery. If you discover damaged merchandise upon opening the carton, contact us so we can notify UPS. You must notify us within 2 business days of delivery. Keep the damaged box and the damaged merchandise until an inspection is made. We will not issue a replacement (or credit at our discretion) unless this procedure is followed. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. If any shipment is refused, the purchaser will be responsible for the cost of the merchandise as well as shipping charges to and from Armstrong Glass Company.
Due to the nature of the business, we cannot accept returns on glass, books, metal(s), chemicals or special order items.
Special Order Terms
Please be aware that all special orders and as such merchandise are non-returnable and non-refundable. All special orders must be placed online or through email correspondence to avoid any potential confusion and/or miscommunication. Before a special order is placed, we require the customer to submit written confirmation of the order, agreement of terms and prepayment in order for Armstrong Glass Company to place the order with the given supplier. Cancellations and/or other changes regarding special orders are not allowed without written notice from the customer to Armstrong Glass Company prior to Armstrong Glass Company placing the order with the given supplier and subsequent acceptance from Armstrong Glass Company of the cancellation and/or change.
