Standard sheet size – 32" x 36" (81.28cm x 91.44cm)
8 square feet per sheet (.7432 sq. meters)

Thickness – Armstrong art glass is manufactured in a thickness that is approximately 1/8" (3mm).

Full cases – 50 sheets per case – 400 sq. ft. (38.68 sq. meters)
Full cases weigh approximately 700 pounds (318 kg).

Palletizing – All full sheets may only be shipped by motor freight.  Shipments must be crated and palletized.  Three full cases of glass will fit on one pallet. Palletizing is required for all LTL and all LCL shipments. The charge is $25.00 per pallet. 

Crating – The cost of crating Armstrong art glass is included in the price of the glass for all full crates. Orders for less than full crates are $25.00 per crate.
Full Truckloads and Full 20 ft. containers of Armstrong glass will hold 60 cases of glass.

Sheet size for UPS shipments is 16" x 18" (40.64cm x 45.72 cm) – 2 sq. ft. (.1858 sq meters)
Up to 10 sheets – 20 sq. ft. (1.858 sq. meters) in one box. There is a $7.00 charge for each box used.

Float Fire 82™— Float-compatible Fusing Glass

Sheet Size – Approximately 31.5" x 27.6" (80cm x 70cm)
6.04 sq. ft. (.561 sq. meters)

Thickness – Float Fire 82™ is manufactured in a thickness of 2mm.

Full cases – 30 sheets per case – 181 sq. ft. (16.833 sq. meters)
Full cases of Float Fire 82™ weigh approximately 250 pounds (113.4 kg)

Palletizing – Four full cases of Float Fire 82™ will fit on one pallet. Palletizing is required for all LTL and all LCL shipments. The charge is $25.00 per pallet.

Crating – The cost of crating is included in the price of the glass for all full crates. Orders for less than full crates are $25.00 per crate.

Float Fire 82™- Float Compatible Frits, Powders and Stringers for glass fusing

The fine particulates in Float Fire 82 glass powders, glass frits and glass paints may be harmful if inhaled.  Always work in a well ventilated area and use a NIOSH approved respirator.  Wash hands thoroughly when finished. Keep out of the reach of children

Float Fire 82 fusible glass frits, fusible glass powders and fusible glass bubble powders are available in containers of approximately 8.8 ounces (250 grams) or 2.2 pounds (1 kg.).  They are available as fine powder (W), #2 grain (F2), #3 grain (F3), #4 grain (F4) and #5 grain (F5). 

Float Fire 82 glass paints (P) are available in containers of approximately 8.8 ounces (250 grams).

Float Fire 82 fusible confetti (C) is available in containers of approximately 14.1 ounces (400 grams).

Float Fire 82 fusible eggshells (E) are available in containers of approximately 14.1 ounces (400 grams).

Float Fire 82 fusible stringers (S) are available in tubes of approximately 8.8 ounces (250 grams) or in tubes approximately 2 ounces (60 grams) and are approximately 24 inches long (600mm) and range from approximately 3/64 to 1/16 inches (1.2 to 1.6mm) in diameter. Safety glasses and gloves should be worn when handling stringers.

All sizes are available in 36 colors. The letter or number in parentheses appears on the product label after the item number and indicates the particle size. Sizes are approximations.   
Powder (W) - 0 grain - .36mm
Bubble Powder (B) 0 grain - .36mm
#2 Grain Frit (F2) - .36mm - 1mm.
#3 Grain Frit (F3) - 1mm - 2.5mm
#4 Grain Frit (F4) - 2.5mm - 3.5mm
#5 Grain Frit (F5) – 3.5mm – 5mm
Confetti (C) thin pieces of glass under 6mm
Eggshells (E) thin pieces of glass over 6mm
Glass Paints (P) 1000 mesh per sq.cm.
Stringers (S) 24 inches long and between 1.2mm to 1.6mm
