We do ask that you try to purchase our glass from your local supplier first. If you are unable to find any of our almost 500 offering from your normal supplier, you can purchase what you are look for from us. We can take orders over the phone at 800-241-5013 or you can order online. Q: Do you ship outside of the USA? A: Yes, we can ship 8"x12", 12"x12", and 16"x18" pieces of glass anywhere in the world. If you require full sheets of glass (32" X 36") please call us at 800-241-5013 or 770-919-9924 for pricing and to arrange shipping. Q: How do you ship the glass? A: We can ship 8"X12", 12"X12", and 16"X18" pieces by UPS to any location in the world through our website. If you require full sheets of glass or have special shipping needs we can better server you by phone at 800-241-5013 or at 770-919-9924. Q: Is there a boxing charge added to glass orders? A: Yes, there is a $7.00 boxing charge added to all glass orders because of the special packaging required to ship glass. Q: Is there a crating charge for full sheet orders? A: There is no crating charge for full crate orders (50 or more sheets of glass). If you purchase less than a full crate of glass, a $25.00 crating charge will be added to your order. There is a $25.00 palletizing charge added per pallet used to all full sheet orders. We can fit up to three crates per pallet. Q: Is there an extra charge for mixed crates of glass? A: No, there are no additional charges for mixed crates. Q: Are there any minimums to order? A: There is a $30.00 minimum order requirement excluding catalog orders, boxing charges, and shipping.
